We went camping (in a cabin) last week with the family that watches Abby. Luckily we were in a cabin. It ended up being in the 30s and 40s. Too cold to go on the boat with a little one. Dad went back to work on Tuesday and Abby started getting sick on Wednesday. I took her to the doctor's on Thursday. He said her ears were fine and she might have some allergies. I would believe they were only allergies if all the kids at the sitter's didn't have it first and now I have it. I guess it just needs to run its course.
Abby was quite fussy today. She tried my patience alot. The worst was getting her head through the balcony railing and trying to squeeze her whole body through. Also the cup of water she threw at me during bathtime.
Tonight she is trying out her crib without a railing. So far no falling off the bed but we have padding down just in case.
Abby has been going out every chance she gets. But I tell her stay on the porch and she says "on da porch." My other favorite saying is her "Thanks, momma." She uses it all the time and I love it. When Charles took apart her crib I even got her to say "Thanks, Char Char." Her other favorite is "Up peas (up please)." Even with her polite sayings, she still has a temper and loves the word "no".

Isn't it wonderful? The temper tantrums, that is. And when they don't feel good, everything is amplified. Gavyn's been a bit of a grump these days, too. My mother-in-law says it best, though. They are just "little people". I guess I probably have my fair share of temper tantrums. And I'm a grump when I don't feel good, too. ;) Feel better soon, Abby doll.
Well I hope you both get to feeling better. Keep in mind that there is hope for her temper. Look how much better her dad is from what he was. :)
Love Ya,
Dad
We're sending happy thoughts your way - even if Abby's being a pill. I just have to say, I LOVE her hair. It's so cute.
